Sara Kubik holds a PhD in Technology and Gerontology, and she has used her technological expertise to help other attorneys remain connected with important legal and marketing resources. She is currently putting her decades of design, editing, and teaching experience to work at Wakenight & Associates, P.C., where she provides essential support for our firm, allowing us to make signing and processing legal documents a streamlined, simple process.

Sara is also a graduate of WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a licensed attorney. She currently uses her blended technological and legal skill at our Illinois family law firm. As such, she handles family law cases of various kinds and provides essential help for clients in need of help filing Petitions for Dissolution of Marriage, forming Marital Settlement Agreements, answering Interrogatories and Requests for Production, and more. Her in-depth understanding of contracts makes her a valuable asset to clients whose family matters require extensive paperwork and complex arrangements, as well as those whose cases involve issues such as privacy and e-discovery.

Sara’s in-depth understanding of technology and the law give her a unique perspective when approaching family law cases, and she is well-equipped to represent clients in need of skilled, thoughtful representation.
